Eleanor Green

Born to a biologically-Jewish mother and a fundamentalist Baptist-preacher father, Eleanor lived as a Christian for nearly 30 years. At about the age of 30, she rejected Christianity's tenets after careful questioning. After three years as an Orthodox Jew, she began to see the same kinds of problems with Judaism as she had with Christianity. Through study, she eventually realized that the problem with religion is religion, not denominational stripe.
